One of the take out food I missed the most during the quarantine is freshly made sushi. My sushi cravings motivated me to try making it at home for the first time and, lo and behold, the elegant outcome! :) Let me tell you these tastes just like the restaurant-style sushi, it's so easy to make if you follow the instructions, and you do not need expensive tools to make them. Don't forget to include the dipping sauces that I show on the side, they add all the deliciousness to the rolls.

List of All Ingredients Used:

For Sushi Rice:
- 1 Cup Sushi Rice (Any short-grain/medium grain rice) + 1.5 Cups Water
- 2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt

Tofu Tempura:
- Extra- Firm Tofu cut int rectangles
- 1/2 cup Rice Flour
- 1/2 cup Corn Starch
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Oil to fry

For Filling:
- Sliced Carrots, Cucumber, Red Bell Pepper, Avacado
- Imitation Crab Sliced

For Rolling
- Nori Sheets (Seaweed Sheets)
- Wax Paper lined with Clear Plastic Wrap (If you don't have a bamboo mat)

Dipping Sauces
- Wasabi Soy Sauce: Dollop of wasabi sauce + 3 tbsp of Soy Sauce
- Spicy Mayo: 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise + 2 tsp Sriracha Sauce
