The Supremes - The Wrong Places

Описание к видео The Supremes - The Wrong Places

In 1966, The Supremes, led by Diana Ross, recorded a song called "The Wrong Places." Holland-Dozier-Holland wrote the song, intending to include it on their 1967 album, The Supremes Sing Holland-Dozier-Holland. When Berry Gordy reviewed the album, he thought "The Wrong Places" sounded too similar to "Love Is Here and Now You're Gone."

Gordy decided not to include it on the album. Instead, he planned to give the song to The Marvelettes, led by Wanda Young. When The Marvelettes learned it was originally a Supremes song, they turned it down. As a result, "The Wrong Places" remained unreleased.

The audio quality might be slightly compromised due to the conversion process from vinyl to MP3 format.
