PREP is a state of the art commercial kitchen facility that is unique to the Metro Atlanta area, the State of Georgia and Southeastern United States. PREP's concept, facility and amenities have all been custom designed to be a culinary haven which meets the needs of all types of food artisans -- specialty food producers, bakers, and mobile food service operators -- food trucks.

A fully certified, multi-stationed, shared-use, commercial kitchen for specialty food producers

Dedicated kitchens for USDA meat producers and gluten free product production

36 fully certified, dedicated, commissary kitchens for food trucks and food cart vendors

A full service wholesale food and supply procurement co-op

Event & training facility

In lieu of traditional contracts, PREP offers membership packages to the shared-use commercial kitchen, catering kitchen and the mobile food service operator dedicated commissary kitchens. Each membership package varies in price, initiation fee and applicable amenity offerings, and is based on either hourly usage of the shared-use commercial kitchen and studio kitchen or size of the dedicated commissary kitchen being rented.
