Ingredients:
1 cup ground pork (about 1/3 lb)
1 pack tofu puff (6.5 oz)
4 celery sticks
1 shallot
1 small piece of ginger
1 scallion
1/2 tsp soy sauce
3 tbsp water (to cook stuffed tofu puff)
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp water (to cook celery)
cornstarch slurry - optional (1 tsp cornstarch + 1/4 cup water)

Pork marinate:
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp cornstarch
1 tbsp water

1 碗 豬肉碎 (大概 1/3 磅)
1 包 豆腐卜 (6.5 安士)
4 條 西芹
1 個 紅蔥頭
1 小塊 薑
1 棵 蔥
1/2 茶匙 生抽
3 湯匙 水 (煮釀豆卜用)
1/2 茶匙 糖
1/4 茶匙 鹽
1 茶匙 蠔油
3 湯匙 水 (煮西芹用)
粟粉水 - 可免 (1 茶匙粟粉 + 1/4 杯水)

豬肉醃料:
1/4 茶匙 鹽
1/2 茶匙 糖
1 茶匙 生抽
2 茶匙 粟粉
1 湯匙 水
