With the days of the class 507s rapidly coming to an end, I thought I’d go out and see this railtour as it is probably to final opportunity fo see a Pep unit running down the Wirral Line.
The tour worked 2T07 Hooton - Hooton covering the entire Wirral Line and a short section of the Northern Line working from Liverpool Central to Kirkdale Depot and returning.
Me and some friends decided to do a Merseyside Daysaver and chase this tour to most of it’s destionations. Enjoy!
