First 3 cuts are the outside dimension minus 3 inches plus 2 5/8 inches with the red tool. Last cut is outside dimension minus 3 inches plus 2 3/4 with the blue tool.
*17x20 desired plenum size would be
-1st cut = 17 - 3 + 2 5/8 = 16 5/8" Red tool
-2nd cut= 20 - 3 + 2 5/8 = 19 5/8" Red tool
-3rd cut= 17 - 3 + 2 5/8 = 16 5/8" Red tool
4th cut= 20 3 + 2 3/4 = 19 3/4" Blue tool
