Liz to Aoi Tori (Liz and The Blue Bird) Ensemble Scene

Описание к видео Liz to Aoi Tori (Liz and The Blue Bird) Ensemble Scene

I don't really upload much, let alone actual Anime stuff, but recently (July 18th) was the 1 year memoriam of the Kyoto Animation arson attack. Kyoani has made a lot of very beautiful and breathtaking works, and are the gold standard of Anime. This scene is one of my favorites in a movie, with a mixture of the score and the animation, along with the story being told. I looked online and only found a handful of videos showcasing this scene, none of which are of particularly high quality, so I decided to create and upload my own. I purposefully scaled this movie to 4K, to eliminate as much YouTube compression as possible, and cropped out the black bars on the top and bottom for better viewing in non-16:9 formats. This should be the best possible version you can find on YouTube.

Liz to Aoi Tori (Liz and The Blue Bird) is a sequel movie to Hibike Euphonium (Sound Euphonium), a show about a Highschool Brass Band, their past, and their goal to win the Nationals. The show has 2 seasons that follow the main character, Kumiko, and her fellow classmates, and the drama they ensue. Two of the many classmates are Mizore and Nozomi, who have a close past of their own that is somewhat covered in the show. This movie, Liz to Aoi Tori, takes place after the second season of the show, but focuses entirely on Mizore and Nozomi, and their relationship. It's a beautiful movie with a differing art style to that of the show, and is a must watch for those who have watched Hibike.

This movie, and the show, is about a band, with instruments that they learn to play, and Kyoto Animation did a fantastic job with the recreation of proper form and usage, along with recordings from actual instrument players. More showing of how dedicated and talented Kyoani is as a studio.

Obviously, I do not own the rights to this video, I am purely giving a means for people to relive or experience for the first time, an important scene from a movie from an important company. All rights belong to Kyoto Animation, Eleven Arts, and Pony Canyon. Any ads you get on this video will be paid to said companies. They reserve the right to take this video down if they please, so if you see this video disappear at some point, you know why.
