Today I am going to share quick and easy summer drinks. We all are too lazy sometimes to get a water bottle filled or to make the summer drinks but our body needs to be hydrating in some or the other ways through fluids. So these are few very simple to make recipes and has many health benefits which add flavour to water. So that you won’t get bored of water. No need to boil or make more efforts.You can make in just 1 min. These drinks can be taken whole year but great during summers because these drink cools you body heat and improves the mechanism. HEALTH BENEFITS:
1)MINT LEMONADE-
It has anti- bacterial and anti- inflammatory properties and Cools body heat. It manages blood sugar levels, helps with digestion and regulates muscle relaxation.

2)CUMIN/JEERA LEMONADE-
It has antiseptic properties, helps in curing common cold. It is very good for stomach problems and helps to hydrate the body.

3)BUTTERMILK-
It mainly helps calm the stomach after eating spicy foods. It washes down the toxins, fats and helps in acidity problems. It also pushes doen your cholestrol levels.

1)MINT LEMONADE-

MINT/PUDINA LEAVES PASTE- 3 TSP
LEMON - JUICE OF HALF SLICE
SALT- 1/4th TSP
WATER-1 GLASS
Garnish- Few Mint/Pudina leaves

2)CUMIN/JEERA LEMONADE-

ROASTED JEERA POWDER-1 TSP
LEMON - JUICE OF HALF SLICE
SUGAR- 2 TSP
WATER-1 GLASS
Garnish- 1 tsp of Bhoondi

3)BUTTERMILK-
-------------------------
CURD- 4 TSP
SALT- 1/4th TSP
GREEN CHILLIES- 4 RINGS
WATER- 1 GLASS
Garnish- Few chopped green chilly rings and curry leaves
