Hair-raising medley by the cast of Himala, Isang Musikal

The musical Himala Isang Musikal, a co-production between companies 9 Works Theatrical and The Sandbox Collective, was the big winner at the Philstage Gawad Buhay Awards 2019.

Himala took home six awards including Outstanding Production of Existing Material for a Musical, Ensemble Performance for a Musical, and two trophies for Ed Lacson, Jr., for his stage direction and set design.

Aicelle Santos also bagged the Outstanding Female Lead Performance in a Musical Award for her role as Elsa.

The role was formerly played by none other than Ms. Nora Aunor.
