What’s Next for US-China Relations? The View from Congress

Jude Blanchette, the Freeman Chair in China Studies at CSIS, will join Ranking Member Krishnamoorthi to discuss U.S.-China policy and the Select Committee’s work to address the strategic competition with the People’s Republic of China (PRC). Topics of conversation will include the upcoming meeting between President Joe Biden and President Xi Jinping at the APEC summit in San Francisco, the priorities of the U.S. in crafting an effective approach to the PRC in the coming decade, and the rising regulatory and political risks for American companies operating in the PRC.
