Unnamed(?), but very catchy tune that can be heard during LBA2 setup.

The song is STILL present in the GOG version of the game.

To extract it on the Mac, follow the steps below:
1) Find the directory where you installed the game, and the directory where the game stores the save files. I'll refer to the former as [installation_dir] and the latter as [save_dir]. With the default installation path, they should be something like:
/Applications/Little Big Adventure 2.app/Contents/Resources/game/Little Big Adventure 2.app for [installation_dir] and
~/Library/Application Support/Boxer/Gamebox States/com.gog.little-big-adventure-2 for [save_dir]
2) Inside [installation_dir], locate the file called bxlaunch_e.bat. Its full path with the default installation directory should be "/Applications/Little Big Adventure 2.app/Contents/Resources/game/Little Big Adventure 2.app/Contents/Resources/Little Big Adventure 2.boxer/C.harddisk/bxlaunch_e.bat"
3) Open the file with a text editor, and add the following line before the last line (which should be saying "LBA2.EXE"):
copy d:\lba2\setup.mid .
(copy it VERBATIM, with the space and the dot at the end)
4) Now run the game as normal, and choose the ENGLISH language (which is the language corresponding to the script you've just edited). Then exit the game. This should extract the MIDI file and place it into [installation_dir].
5) Navigate into [installation_dir]/Current.boxerstate/C.harddisk and enjoy your SETUP.MID!

Since the Windows version is likely using a different packaging system, the directories and the name of the script file should be different. However, the overall steps (find the BAT or dosbox.conf file startup, add the COPY line in front of "lba2.exe", run the game once) should remain the same.
Also keep in mind that modern OS don't always ship MIDI players by default, so you may need to download one separately.
