kaaw-kaaw, that is the sound of the house crow.
Welcome back to another video of wild Animal Behaviour.

The house crow is also known as Greynecked or indian crow.
They are originaly from Asia but now found in many parts all over the world, where they arrived by ships.
Because they are omnivores, they can survive on nearly anything that is edible.
But strange enough, no populations are known to live in areas where there are no people.
Usually the female builds a nest on her own. The nest can weights an impressive 25 kilograms.
