Silhouette Cameo 4 not connecting on Windows 10

Silhouette Cameo 4 not connecting on Windows 10. Just recently my wife's Silhouette Cameo 4 stopped working on her Windows 10 laptop.

Silhouetted Support said that a new windows update, 21H1, was the issue and that it should be rolled back to a previous one. However that's not the case. See if this video might fix your issue or not. If not please let us know what the issue is and if you've managed to solve it.
