Nuzlocke Rules!

1 Any Pokemon that faints is placed in the PC and cannot be used again, unless certain conditions are met (see below)
2 A giveaway will be run upon reaching a new area. The winner may choose a pokemon (not a dupe) from that area to be caught and the nickname (approved by me). 1 Pokemon per Area!
3 Upon catching the first pokemon & raising to level 5, the starter will be boxed permanently
4 Any shiny pokemon can be caught
5 Items cannot be used in battle
6 PC can be used as much as I want
7 Items can be used inbetween battles
8 Battle mode = SET
9 No Breeding Pokemon
10 Cannot use Legendary or Mythical Pokemon
11 Cannot use a pokemon that has a higher level than the next gym leader's strongest pokemon, unless a certain condition is met (see below)
12 Can do a trade back with chat to evolve a pokemon

Giveaway Rules

A Giveaway winner wins a L1 card and chooses Pokemon and nickname (I must approve nickname)
B If Giveaway winner's pokemon faints then they win another L1 card ONLY if they are present in stream or the following stream.
C If Giveaway winner's pokemon is revived (see below) and faints again then they will win another L1 card, even if they are not in stream.

Conditional Rules

D Pokemon can be revived via a $1.00 donation by chat. Donor chooses pokemon to revive.
E Pokemon can be forced into a party for remainder of stream via a $1.00 donation by chat. Donor picks the pokemon. In the event that we have 7+ donations we will follow the first in first out rule, the first pokemon forced into the party will be placed in the box. This rule also allows me to ignore rule 11!
F Pokemon can be permanently removed for a $10 Donation
G Additional Pokemon can be caught (breaking Rule 2) for a $4 Donation
H Pokemon Can be forced to the box for the remainder of stream for a $1 Donation. (If Rule E & H collide, the latest donation is what we follow) (However, I cannot have less pokemon in my party than the number of pokemon the next gym leader has, in this scenario your donation does nothing)
I Pokemon are not allowed to evolve for remainder of stream for a $1 Donation.
J I am forbidden from using a certain pokemon type for remainder of stream for a $3 Donation.
K Full Reset on Nuzlocke with a $60 Donation
