Location: North of Hyrule, at Korok Forest. You must have triggered "The Hero's Sword" quest and completed all three Korok Trials on each corner of the forest. Go up all the way to the top of the Great Deku Tree and talk to the Korok there.

This is quite a dull trial, though.

What you need to do is show the Korok the following items in order:

1) Apple (it's damn near everywhere but extreme climates)
2) Fortified Pumpkin (from Kakariko Village)
3) Sunshroom (from arid regions, but you can buy one from Gerudo Town)
4) Voltfin Trout (you will have an easier time getting one from Ruto Lake south of Zora's Domain)
5) Lynel Hoof (go to any wide open area to find a Lynel, though you can find one at Coliseum Ruins, southwest of Central Hyrule)
