From overthinking to observing my thoughts, a simple trick that has the capacity to snap you back in to the present moment and take control of your actions! I promise if you do it even for a few weeks you’ll definitely see a difference and notice your own thought patterns and once you know them you’ll be able to direct them in a better direction!
