Marketing strategy should reflect how you want to run your small business. For me - i really hated the scaling issue of having to have long one-on-one sales /discovery calls for free as part of my process. Yes i still have sales calls, but often these are very short, andcjust woking out specifics. My one-on-one time is set aside purely for my one-on-one clients. My contrnt marketing group coaching clients gets me only in the small group. Anyone free? They can listen to my podcast, read or watch my free content, come to my free workshops or webinars. My marketing strategy includes high quality how-to and strategy content so my clients come in hot, and ready to buy, knowing what they get. Thats how I want it. My clients might want a different sales and marketing strategy to that.
