एकदम चटपटे स्वादिष्ट छोले मसाला बनाने की सबसे आसान तरीका ।

Famous CHANA CHAAT WALA chana masala recipe |

Chole Masala is a popular North Indian dish made with chickpeas (also known as garbanzo beans) in a spicy tomato-based sauce. Here's a simple recipe for making delicious Chole Masala at home:

Ingredients:

1 cup dried chickpeas (kabuli chana), soaked overnight in water

2 tablespoons oil

1 large onion, finely chopped

1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste

2 green chillies, slit

2 medium-sized tomatoes, pureed

1 teaspoon cumin seeds

1 bay leaf

1 black cardamom

1 cinnamon stick

1 teaspoon coriander powder

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 teaspoon red chilli powder

1 teaspoon garam masala powder

Salt to taste

2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped

Instructions:

Drain the soaked chickpeas and rinse them thoroughly. Pressure cook the chickpeas with 4 cups of water and a little salt for 20-25 minutes, or until they are soft and fully cooked.

In a separate pan, heat oil and add the cumin seeds, bay leaf, black cardamom, and cinnamon stick. Fry them for a few seconds until they start to release their fragrance.

Add the chopped onions and green chillies and sauté until the onions turn golden brown.

Add the ginger-garlic paste and fry for a minute until the raw smell goes away.

Add the tomato puree and cook for 2-3 minutes until the oil starts to separate from the mixture.

Add the coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt to taste. Mix well and cook for a minute.

Add the cooked chickpeas along with the water they were cooked in. Mix well and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the gravy thickens.

Add the garam masala powder and fresh coriander leaves. Mix well and turn off the heat.

Your delicious Chole Masala is now ready to be served with hot rotis or steamed rice. Enjoy!
