Hey Everyone,

The kids adored the Apple Butter Barbecue / BBQ and have eaten their way through it again already! So because I got all those apples from the A4 Community Hamper I cooked more apple butter to make another couple of big batches! I have shared my methods in the video and the recipe I based it from is here;

I reduce the sugar a lot, add molasses and tweak a few other things :)

I also tried out our Baked oatmeal using the apple butter as one of the ingredients, the kids really liked that as well and I show how we manage our Milk Kefir here :D
