The Sports Inclusion Media Seal (SIMS) pilot project, funded by the European Union, came to life on 12 Nov 2024, through the Zoom platform in an afternoon workshop conducted by AIPS Mentor Martin Mazur, going from Europe to the world!

In future, the SIMS Project will be open worldwide as a reminiscence of the AIPS eCollege Programme. This time, SIMS aims to empower journalists and media professionals to champion diversity and inclusion in sports. First introduced at the AIPS Centenary Congress Santa Susanna 2024 by project lead partner España se Mueve, this course offers hands-on learning on inclusive reporting, diversity strategies, and real-world case studies.

Participants who complete the workshop and follow inclusive training modules will earn a Bronze, Silver, or Gold certification seal and make a difference in sports media!
