How to make pumpkin seed tofu - such an easy method and no coagulant needed! Perfect for people who can't have soy tofu. And it's a very firm tofu, that would work really well marinated and fried.

Pumpkin Seed Tofu

▶️ Ingredients
1 1/2 to 2 cups pumpkin seeds, soaked overnight
3 times more water

Blend the mix to make pumpkin milk, drain the pulp out with a nut milk bag and then heat the pumpkin milk until beautiful large curds form. Put the curds into a tofu maker lined with a muslin / cheese cloth and press overnight. Your pumpkin tofu is ready - enjoy!
