Esta receita faz appx. 30-40 bolos lêvedos

Ingredientes
2,5 kilos de farinha de trigo sem fermento
4 xícaras de leite morno
4 xícaras de açúcar
6 ovos
250 gramas de manteiga
1 cs de sal

PREPARAR O FARMENTO
3 colheres de sopa de farinha
3 pacotes (8g) de fermento de padeiro
1 colher de cha de açúcar
1 xícara de água morna

2.5 Kilos of All Purpose Flour
4 Cups of Warm Milk
4 cups of Sugar
6 eggs
250 grams of butter
1 Tspn of salt

FOR THE YEAST
3 Tbpsn of flour
3 pkgs of quick-rising yeast
1 tspn of sugar
1 cup of warm water
