•choux pastry:
100g milk
100g of water
a pinch of salt
a pinch of sugar
80g butter
120 gr flour
4-5 eggs

Form a rectangle measuring 23*30 cm (during baking the volume of the dough will increase to approx. 30*40 cm)

Bake at 220 °C for 15 min, reduce the temperature to 180 °C and bake for a further 15-20 min

•cream:
300g cream cheese
50g sugar
200g cream (33-36% fat content)
