Instead of seeing AI as a threat, Joshua shifts the focus to what humans are really built for: managing resources well and turning them into real results.

He explains that thinking and learning were never the main point for humans. They were tools to help us do bigger things. Throughout history, humans have been tasked with handling resources and making their impact grow. Today those resources include time, money, people, energy, and knowledge.

Many people get stuck just learning. They read books but never apply what they read. Joshua points to Warren Buffett's advice: read at least 500 pages a week because knowledge compounds like interest. Knowledge is one of our biggest resources, and managing it well lets us multiply its effect.

The next step is to pass that knowledge on and build others up. That is the real work for humans. If we keep everything to ourselves, we become selfish and limit what we can achieve. Human nature pulls us toward self-centered thinking unless we actively give and help others grow. That giving and building solves real human problems and opens up more potential.

AI can handle the mechanical parts of learning and thinking. This makes it easier for us to focus on managing resources, taking action, and helping the people around us.
