1 Product Perm Rod Set That Dries in Less than 20min....How is that Possible?

I attempted to to use one product to do a perm rod set that dried in less than 20min. It was definitely a challenge but I love the results and totally think it was worth the experience. This is going to go down in history as the quickest perm rod set ever.
