Join Brian and Mike and learn to build trust with your users. We'll show you how to define Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for your application that is derived from Service Level Indicators (SLIs). Once we have defined our team's SLOs and SLIs, we'll learn how to start measuring and monitoring our web application's performance and reliability. After all, we don't want our users letting us know when our app is down or slow - we want to build trust with our users!
