Flip to Profit: Turning Furniture into Cash

Description
You can literally flip any piece of furniture into cash if you know the trends in your area. I live in Texas where everyone loves neutrals, but with a bit of flair.

I flipped this dresser by adding a few wood moldings around the drawer perimeters and on the two doors. It just made it more interesting!

Then I scuff sanded, cleaned, and painted using a 50/50 water vinegar mix to create a drippy finish.
