Many many many thanks to minotaurus, the biggest Commodore 64 expert (of his neighborhood :D); he sent me some note, here we are:
I call this game a spiritual sequel to Tai-Chi Tortoise (it basically shares the same basic engine, collisions and controls).
You can carry one item (or body ;)) at a time and you must take them directly to the laboratory inside the castle.
You start carryng corpses and then other objects used to create the Monster.
Whenever you bring an object/corpse the doctor literally kicks your ass and you start again from the castle exit. When you get all the corpses the game bugs slightly, like it repeats the sequence twice..
Certain enemies cannot be avoided and they kill you instantly,changing position between one object/corpse delivering to another, so you have to find different ways to reach the lab.
Energy is shown as "fear" factor, which increases when you touch enemies.
When it reaches its maximum Igor screams and dies of an heart attack.
Fun fact: in the small town there's this "busty" woman that allows Igor to regain energy, thus lessening the fear..
