Eastbourne is a nice beach town located in the south east of England, it has around 90,000 people and is one of the most sunny places of England.

its habitated by a major number of retired people so you can see a large number of elderly people on the streets, but also is a major city for students as it has a large university of Brighton campus, it is also a very popular destination for foreign students who come to the town to study english language. Eastbourne is also known as the sunshine cost, and summer time is a really nice and warm place, it has also one of the major english attraction such as it is Beachy Head which are very high cliffs.
