In this video, I show how to do the John Deere warranty repair that eventually every Z900 series zero turn mower will need.
The pto clutch's anti-rotation repair & upgrade.
Eventually, the clutch will break through the original frames flange that prevents the pto clutch from spinning. When this happens, it often damages the PTO clutch itself.
I provide instructions on how I do the upgrade repair as well as part numbers for the brackets needed. No welding is required when using the John Deere upgrade bracket.
Z900 B/E/M/R Series use part # TCA24793
All Z900A & Z800 Series use part # TCA25264

I also show you where you can buy the OEM pto clutch directly from the manufacturer for $ hundreds less.
