In this video I talk about how I got my life together, and began to recover from my schizoaffective disorder and the...awful things it’s done to me. This video is longer than usual, and I think I want to do longer videos like this every now and then. Anyways, I talk about the programs that helped me and how I learned to live with my disorder through meds, therapy, and a support system.

If you’re new here, my name is Kit and I’m diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder, which is a condition where someone experiences symptoms of schizophrenia, such as delusions and hallucinations, but also symptoms of mood disorder, either major depression, or my case bipolar.

Recovering from schizoaffective disorder is not easy.

But it’s possible, and that’s what this video is about.
