This hassle-free tandoori chicken is not just easy to make, it’s also very versatile. Substitute the chicken for any other meat, mushrooms, paneer or any other vegetables and cook the same way.

Ingredients:
3 tbsp natural yoghurt
1 tbsp minced ginger and garlic
1 tbsp gram flour
2 tbsp Tropical Heat Tandoori Masala Spice Seasoning
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp oil
Any chicken cuts of your choice, make slits
Salt to taste

Method: Make a quick marinade by mixing yoghurt, ginger, garlic, gram flour, Tandoori masala, lemon juice and oil in a large bowl. Add the chicken pieces and salt and mix well. Marinate for 20 minutes to overnight and then cook in a pan for 10-12 minutes on each side. If you’d like to go the extra step, smoke the chicken by placing hot coal on some oil in the pan and cover the pan with a lid. Once the chicken is smoked, serve it with a salad or a side of your choice.
