Tried out solo hardcore Rust for the first time and I loved it! No map, no compass, no safezones and limited respawn points make the game more unforgiving than ever while providing that long gone sense of exploration and the rush of surviving in the deep unknown. I don't know if hardcore currently has enough to keep people engaged in the long run, but it surely felt like a breath of fresh air to me.
