A couple ghouls who knew Mr House before the Great War

Dialogue about Mr. house with two ghouls, Raul and Beatrix.

I decided to record this dialogue because of its significance to the main story. Many know that Mr. Houses' defenses would have also been upgraded if the Platinum Chip arrived on time. Although he was able to save Vegas, it came at great cost. It's also interesting to hear the perspective two very old characters who knew Mr. house before the great war.
