Fish curry cook with Bata fish . This recipe originally from Bangladesh ,India,Pakistan and Nepal . I use traditional village fish curry ingredients. You can find Bata fish any Bangladeshi or Indian grocery fish . You can use any other fresh water fish with this recipe .

Ingredients for fry fish :
1) 1 teaspoon turmeric powder.
2) 1/2 teaspoon chili powder or paprika
3)vegetable oil
4)1/2 teaspoon salt

Ingredients for curry :
1) 1 teaspoon turmeric powder.
2) 1/2 teaspoon chili powder or paprika .
3)4 teaspoon Onion paste .
4)2 teaspoon garlic paste.
5)1 teaspoon ginger paste.
6)1 teaspoon coriander powder.
7)1 teaspoon cumin powder.
8)4 whole dry red chili.
9) Vegetable oil.
10) 1 teaspoon salt.
