as most know or at least should know the warrior cats website forces a person to accept a randomly generated warriors name when signing up and it has become a thing to create characters based on these names mine being Petalheart.

Petalheart is a medicine cat who as a kit was born with legs a little too long/big and thus struggled to even walk the medicine cat kindly helping her as others would look on in amusement at the wobbly kit her own siblings not wanting to spend time with their deer legged sister leaving her on her own.

She was originally placed under the care of a warrior mentor known as Pumpkin a former kittypet that joined Skyclan and though she was a great hunter and had the fighting moves down to a T she could never find herself able to fight someone not wanting to hurt them.

Thus she began to instead spend more time with the medicine cat Snowball also a former kittypet as she found the medicine cat to be a good shoulder to lean on when she was unsure of herself and needed to talk to someone. She ended up becoming the medicine cat apprentice after the young she cat pleaded with the leader that her apprenticeship be changed. Though many were surprised they accepted the change as it suited her so much quickly becoming the friendly medicine cat everyone knew and loved.

She was always friendly even to the other clans going out of her way to help others no matter what and trying her best to stop any fighting or arguments whenever she was around.
When she did inevitably take on the role of lead medicine cat after the death of the previous she gained an apprentice in that of sootpaw a black thick furred tom with silver eyes and a missing front paw who found difficulty in believing in starclan though that did not stop him from doing his work. He found comfort in Petalheart who saw him like her own child after his own kin and clanmates rejected him thanks to his inability to believe in starclan.

Petalheart not caring who believed in what happily accepted him and defended him like a mother bear does its cub. Sadly petalheart would die just before the night when she would give him his medicine cat name but when he went to the moonpool with the other clans medicine cat her spirit greeted him and completed the ceremony giving him the name Sootheart watching on as he would help his clanmates and others alike with an open mind.
