SOME THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:

* Watch the ENTIRE VIDEO before making non-sequitur comments -- thank you!
* Budget was ~$650 total, not counting me "paying myself" for labor
* It's a HEAVILY modified Rubies Supreme--a lot of which is really no longer even close to the original, default, stock parts/gear
* Explained many times in the comments, but... I'm changing from ~5'6" to 6'3" -- yes, that's right... I don't think a 5'6" or even 5'11" Vader is very convincing or "to scale"
* I have not only taught saber work to hundreds of youth (and adults) in this gear... I fight in it:

   • Vader v Obi Wan - ANH saber fight SVC...  

...if you've not done this kind of work before, YOU DO IT, don't ~even~ tell me what to do. :)

* To each their own--I have my reasons for why everything was done the way it was--if you are 6'3" and can afford $8000 to build YOUR Vader... then what are you doing watching this? :) GO DO IT!

* Impossible is Nothing.
