Kanifnath hill temple | On the way to Saswad | New Year 2021

Kanifnath temple hill is around 30kms from Pune railway station. The temple has a scenic veiw and in on the way to saswad. If you are traveling to Jejuri then this is a must place to visit. you can visit the place in two ways either trek up the hill or drive directly on the hill. To trek on foot you need to take a right turn from Wadki which will lead you to the foot of the hill. You can drive upto the foot by car or bike. The trek is modrate and it would not be much difficult. on a average speed it will take around 45 minutes to reach the top of the hill. i would recomend you to trek by foot if you dont have any elder member with you. on the top of the hill there are many temples of Lord Datta, Lord Hanuman, Lord Vitthal Rukmini, Lord Kaalabhairava and many more but the main temple is of lord and saint Kanifnath.He is one of the nine mahayogis of Navnath Sampradaya. Also do not forget to enjoy the delicious bhel which we get besides temple. trekking down will not take much time and you will be back where you started in 30 mins downhill.
