👷‍♂️ The Challenge: The objective was to expand the usable space of the client’s backyard and prepare a level area for a future patio installation.

🔨 The Solution: Our team expertly installed a 100-foot retaining wall with a height of approximately 3 feet. We utilized Belgard Diamond Pro 9D wall blocks in a sleek gray color for durability and aesthetic appeal.

🌧️ Water Management: A 4-inch footer drain with multiple weep holes ensures effective drainage, prolonging the lifespan of the wall.

🧱 Materials & Techniques: The wall is reinforced with a geogrid and adhered using Alliance Gator Block Bond. Geotextile fabric was applied for soil stabilization and to prevent sediment intrusion into the footer drain. We backfilled with #57 stone followed by fill dirt.

🌱 Finishing Touches: The area was seeded with high-quality fescue seed and secured with erosion control matting. Our team also relocated and adjusted several irrigation heads for optimal watering of the newly developed area.
