Tamiya Collection: Tamiya Falcon Stadium Trucks 1992-1996

Legends never retire! The Tamiya Stadium Blitzer, Tamiya Blitzer Beetle and Tamiya Stadium Thunder. All Stadium Trucks from the 1990ies based on the 1986 Tamiya Falcon buggy chassis. This is a display video of my small (and actually very affordable) collection of the original models.

All three models displayed are pretty much bone-stock with original 1990ies electronics, except for the Stadium Thunder, my main runner, where I have added a standard ESC, ball bearings and a few other parts. All run the standard brushed 27T "silver can" motor. Here, more than 20 years after their release, I find them very enjoyable and fun runners - and still very iconic and visual striking. When it comes to running capablities they of course cannot stand a comparison with the new Stadium Trucks (or "Truggies" as some prefere nowadays) but these vintage models are one of the earliest of this kind. Basically buggies with longer suspension arms and wheels/tires.
