Quite a few changes here to go over.

First, Maelstrom Dual Wield was nerfed. While on paper it seems like a huge nerf, it actually isn't that bad of a nerf; more on that later this week.

Second, they adjust Martial Knowledge and Z'en's Redress to be less effective. It still remains to be seen whether either of them will see use on support roles. Martial Knowledge seems more likely, but Z'en has not been working on the PTS at all, so its impossible to say whether it will make it onto a support role or not.

Third, Elemental Succession was changed, and it might be a good set for magcros and magDKs. More on that later this week.

So overall, quite a few balance retouches, mainly focused on set re-balances. DPS should still be going up in this patch though, and none of the changes really made much of an impact on what we've been using so far.
