Maybe the only thing people can universally agree on about Zeb Wells Spider-Man run is that Rek-Rap is absolutely fantastic. One of my favorite Spider-Man adjacent characters in a long time came from the Dark Web arc of Zeb Wells and Ed McGuinness Spider-Man run and hopefully will continue to be a thing in the future. The Web Whanging Warrior is a weird parody of Spider-Man in an endearing way, but what is his origin, powers, and who exactly is Rek-Rap?
