Think like an artist | Tom Triumph | TEDxCapeMay

Описание к видео Think like an artist | Tom Triumph | TEDxCapeMay

Tom Triumph examines why thinking more like an artist and “moving into the realm of thinkers, builders, and doers,” can improve how we view the world and the work we do. He says, “The human eye can distinguish about 10 million different colors, yet many people experience the world in terms of an 8-crayon box.”

Tom Triumph is a consultant, speaker, and author who helps companies grow by helping them reinvent their business, product development, and marketing. He’s helped large organizations act nimbly and small companies scale. He’s participated in two global technology revolutions— and along the way has been part of some remarkable success stories (and some misfires).

Tom lived aboard a research ship where he tended to the minisub, wrestled in the Olympic trials, and helped oversee the design and build of the largest composite hovercraft ever built in the US. He’s the author of the book "Evolve or Die: Lessons for World-Class Innovation & Creativity."
