Hey Fam! Today is day 8 of the 14 Day Summer Strong Challenge! 😁💪🏽
We starting the second week of the challenge! Home stretch here we come 🙌🏽 Today we focus on upper body. Make sure you have a set of dumbbells you can work with, grab two pairs if you can to switch out when your muscles start to fatigue. Lets Go fam! Week two here we come 💪🏽

Below are a few guidelines for the challenge. 👇🏽

1. Each day will have an on-demand workout video that you can workout to at anytime (whatever fits your schedule). Workouts will be posted daily at 5am CST.

2. Each day has a full workout but if you find yourself crazy sore and need a rest day, definitely take it and jump back in the next day.

3. Make sure you drink 1 gallon of water a day

4. Cut out all refined sugar and dairy products. Fruit is okay to eat (no meal plans are given for this challenge)

5. Don’t overcomplicate this and have fun!

Warm-up (5 minutes)
3 Rounds
jog: 20 sec
jumping jacks: 20 sec
cross jabs: 20 sec
Bodyweight squats: 20 sec
scissors runs: 20 sec

40 seconds of dumbbell hammer curls
40 seconds of dumbbell bent over tricep extensions
40 seconds of dumbbell front and lateral raises
40 seconds of dumbbell bent-over reverse flies
40 seconds of dumbbell chest press

Repeat the circuit for a total of 4 rounds.
