Soil warming cable, seed germination 🤔

I’ve tried off the shelf propagation units and heated matts, both failed after being used for one season 😏
So I decided to make my own. I would get an area that would be sized to fit the seed trays I use. It would have serviceable parts, rather than through away single use plastics.
I’m confident it will be a good solution, integrated into a room with grow lights.
