Whether you have just 5 minutes to spare on a sunday afternoon or your looking to develop every physical combination your hand has to offer in one of the most intense work outs it ever had. THIS, is my secret weapon. Its a guitar warm up that any beginner guitarist can pick up and use. Not to mention a guitar technique that leaves no stone unturned in the quest to build you left hand speed, accuracy, technique and right hand co-ordination.

The challenge? Run through the whole guitar exercise from start to finish on fret one, and in one continuous movement slide it up to the second fret and repeat the process.
