1. Open the Instagram app on your iPhone or Android phone.
2. Select the profile button in the bottom right of the Instagram app.
3. Select the 3 horizontal lines in the top right and then select Settings & Privacy.
4. Scroll down and select Archiving and downloading.
5. Turn on Save story to archive.
6. You can now go back and add the story to your highlight.
