Today we look at a SPAC which I just picked up for the first time today! They are merging with Paysafe sometime in early 2021. I see big potential here and we go through why in the video. First we look at some numbers comparing paysafe and BFT with Paypal and Square. Then we look at some other reasons why this company is set for growth, like their clients in the gaming and online gambling industries including DKNG, Roblox, Fortnite, among many more. Then finally we quickly look at the chart for BFT and see where the company might be going in the near term.

I DO NOT talk about the investigation into BFT because nothing is confirmed about the breach of fiduciary duties to shareholders. And therefor does not warrant an explanation at this time.
