Rain in Niladri Lake | পাহাড়ি কন্যা নীলাদ্রিতে বৃষ্টিস্নান | A Solo Bike Ride

Niladri, one of the most beautiful lakes of Bangladesh, situated in Takerhat, Tahirpur, Sunamganj, is the surname of Sahid Siraj Lake. The presence of Meghalaya just beside the lake makes it more appealing and serene. I had travelled there on a sunny day. But I had faced heavy rainfall before I returned home. So, I got two different views of the lake. One is sun scorching Niladri, and other is rainy and chilled Niladri.
How you can visit there:
Firstly, you will come Sunamganj Sadar by bus (Train is unavailable there) from other part of Bangladesh. Then you will hire a bike or taxi to reach Lauregor, a beautiful village beside Jadukata river. After reaching Laurergor, you will use local boat to cross Jadukata, one of the most beautiful river of Bangladesh. You can enjoy the serene beauty of Jadukata and the mesmerizing view of West Khasi Hill of Meghalaya. After crossing the river, you have to climb Barikka Tilla ,and you can enjoy a heavenly scene of river and mountains from this place. It can be an unforgettable memory for the rest of your life. Then, you have to hire a bike to reach Niladri. It can take 30-40 minutes to reach Niladri from Barikka Tila. When you reach Niladri, your cherished destination, you can enjoy a heavenly scene which the Creator had prepared for you.
