CLEANING STUFFED ANIMALS - Queen Of Clean cleaning Tip

It’s easy to forget how dirty and dusty these can get, but there is a quick natural way to clean them.

1. Place the stuffed animal/animals in an appropriate size plastic bag. For larger animals or multiples, a plastic garbage bag works well.

2. Pour in about ½ cup of salt for a group or larger animal and about ¼ for smaller. You don’t have to measure, just pour.

3. Seal or pull the ends of the bag up tightly so that no salt can escape and shake really well for a few minutes.

4. Take the bag outside and remove the stuffed toys and brush.

NOTE: If the toys have a little odor to them, switch up the salt and use baking soda instead. Shake for a few minutes and then let the stuffed animal sit in the bag with the baking soda for a few hours or overnight.

5. Take outside and brush really well.

NOTE: If you have a lot of stuffed toys, put them in the dryer on “air only” or “air fluff” for about 15 minutes.
